How soon should I book for an event?
We strongly suggest booking once you have a confirmed date for the event. In the event you have a last-minute request we will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, a rush fee may apply.
How to book with 512 Event Rentals?

Complete our online quote request form with your event details and rental needs or services.

You'll receive a personalized quote by email. Please review it carefully to ensure all details are accurate.

If you'd like to move forward, we'll send you an invoice, rental agreement and contract. A 50% non- refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date and rental items or services.

To ensure a seamless rental experience, we provide both delivery and pickup of all rentals. This allows us to maintain the exceptional quality, care, and consistency that define every event we service.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes, 50% deposit of the rental amount is required to secure your event date.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Major debit/credit cards and Zelle
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, we apply a 6% Maryland sales tax.
How long do I have access to the rental items?
All rental items are for up to 8 hours from the time of delivery to pick up unless, otherwise discussed.
