How soon should I book for an event?
We strongly suggest booking once you have a confirmed date for the event. In the event you have a last-minute request we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
How to book with 512 Event Rentals?
Complete our online form to send a request for your desired rentals. We will check availability and logistics for your rental request and provide you with a quote via text or email.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes, 50% deposit of the rental amount is required to secure your event date.
Do you charge sales tax?
We do apply a 6% Maryland sales tax.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Major credit cards and cash
Do we deliver?
Yes, we do! We do not offer pickups at this current time.
How long do I have access to the rental items?
All rental items are for up to 8 hours from the time of delivery to pick up unless, otherwise discussed.
